One of my favorite dishes to order when I go to a italian restaurant is Bruschetta. brushchetta is of course toasted sliced Bruschetta bread, with diced tomatoes on top with basil and garlic. then drizzled with Extra virgin olive oil and glazed balsamic vinegar. Yum. Here is a quick and easy bruschetta recipe i put together that does not take a lot of time. It is good for a appetizer or quick snack or lunch! enjoy! this served up to four people.

[what you need]
1. bag of sliced bruschetta bread (found at vons)
2. Glazed Balsamic Vinegar (of your choice)
3. Extra Virgin Olive oil
4. 1 - 2 cans of Diced Tomatoes (mixed with garlic, basil and oregano)
5. Bag of Mozzarella Cheese (optional)
[directions]
1. lay a nice sized appetizer plate down.
2. open the bag of already sliced bruschetta bread nicely on the appetizer plate.
3. open the can of diced tomatoes and drain the juice out.
4. grab a spoon and put a spoonful of diced tomatoes on each sliced bruschetta bread (good and decent amount).
5. drizzle some of the extra virgin olive oil on top.
6. Drizzle some of the glazed balsamic vinegar on top as well.
