Din Tai Fung in Costa Mesa, CA
Din Tai Fung is the place to go if you are a fan of dumplings and noodles. But not just one type of dumplings but all kinds. They also serve many other dishes as well. Such as the pork cutlet with fried rice. Which is delicious as well.
But it is the dumplings and noodles that I always come back for. Their dumplings and noodles are all hand made so you can see and taste its authenticity. They make a great pair with their chili oil, vinegar, and ginger that is served already at the table.
When you come to Din Tai Fung there is always the normal long line so it is best to come for lunch when the spot opens. But the line is worth the wait and you will not be disappointed.
I would also recommend making reservations before hand if it is offered at the target location!
